The Movement Mat

I ordered this mat to take with me on holiday as it fits so nicely in my luggage and is so light. I couldn't wait to use it beforehand, though, and it's fantastic! I love the way it folds so it's lovely and cushiony on my tricky knees and hips. My doggo loves it too!

I bought a movement mat for the gym and loved it so much I got another for home! It's so easy to fold up and store and won't unravel and fall over!

I recently moved to Bali and needed to take a mat with me that I could fold up. The mat exceeded my expectations, it stays flat during the workouts and doesn't roll up/move. The colour combos are so nice and I love that I could get a matching backpack to fit the mat in and my laptop too.

Just bought my second mat in a different colour as I loved my first one so much! One for home and one for work. Makes a really big difference on my wrists. Also get plenty of compliments on my mat at yoga class. 🙏 Disappointed though 😕 I just missed out on the free tote with mat purchase as the totes are really great as well.

Tried out my new mat (& tote bag) taking it to Bali recently for a week with yoga sessions everyday- great support for wrists and knees and received lots of compliments from other yogis. Also great for hotel room workouts. A longer size version for my 6’4 husband who also does yoga would be fantastic!

After a wild storm I realised that I needed a mat that was easier to carry on my bike, this fits perfectly in my large pannier, or in my rear basket…
Very impressive padding, easy to fold and isn’t difficult to handle in the small change area of my studio, I just put it on the bench and sit on it, no more tripping over my mat or taking up extra space…

I’m honestly so obsessed with this mat. It does everything it says it will - it’s compact, it’s lightweight, it supports me in my hot yoga practice (with slippery hands!!) and I LOVE that I can easily travel with it. So so obsessed!

This mat is sooooo versatile. Not only is it supportive when it’s completely flat, it has MULTIPLE ways it can be folded and flipped to be used for limitless moves. The material it is made out of is the perfect balance between supportive and sturdy. Some mats can often be too squishy causing some movements to be wobbly, but not the foldUP! It’s perfect. As an instructor, this mat makes doing classes on the go so easy! I literally keep it folded up in my car and take it everywhere. Great material too feels really durable! Love it 💗

I'm a pole dancer and do lots of contortion practice but unfortunately this can put insane amounts of pressure on your weight bearing joints - however due to the magical foldUp I can now say it's much easier to bend pain free! No more burning knees and elbows, thank you foldUp! Worth every penny 😍

It's a nice colour and material although more foamy than expected. Also thought it would be able to fold in more ways than how it already is precut (only folding in the side that goes on the ground).

Been looking at this mat for a long time and finally bought it. so glad i did. much more comfortable than my previous yoga mat. the thickness is great and i like the grip that the matte texture gives. also the folding shape is far more convenient to store. 100% recommend!

Feels great - can't wait to use it on our next travel adventures! Easier to travel with instead of a roll up!

Great fold up mat super easy to fold away and store, light weight for travel

I have tried sooo many different mats of so many different brands . The FoldUp mat is hands down the best mat I have ever come across.
As a Pilates teacher and retreat host I travel a lot with mats and work with clients with injuries. This mat is not just super light and easy to transport, it's also so helpful to cushion sensitive knees, wrist and side of the hips. Folded together it even makes exercises like a Pilates Roll Up easier!

Everything I read about how handy this mat was, how portable, how clever, is actually true! I love how easily it folds, how neatly it fits into my yoga bag. And it gives my body just the amount of support it needs.

As a 63 year old who is lining up for knee surgery the FoldUp is a game changer. The ability to fold means that the already more forgiving mat is three layers thick where I put my knees. I also have a section of mat that is left over after my puppy chewed my first one that I use to double thickness other areas like hands and wrists. The FoldUp has allowed me to step up my pre surgery strengthening routine.

I gifted myself a “Fold Up” yoga mat and I love it. We have the “fold up” mat in one of the studios I teach at and I always enjoyed the texture and thickness of this mat for practicing and teaching.

I love this mat!! I use it all the time at work as a women’s health physio. My patients all love the feel of it and ask where it came from. It’s aesthetic, very functional (can be used in many ways due to the ability to fold it in differently) and super easy to store. My boyfriend always steals it to do his own core exercises and stretches too!
